Gemini 3.8 Flash pricing doubles from 1 January 2027
Google has published Gemini API pricing for Gemini 3.8 Flash with an introductory rate that ends on 31 December 2026. Paid tier standard input moves from USD 0.75 to USD 1.50 per million tokens on 1 January 2027, and output, including reasoning tokens, moves from USD 3.75 to USD 7.50. Batch, Flex and context caching rates double on the same schedule, and Priority input goes from USD 1.35 to USD 2.70.
