Paid Media Specialist
The Role
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise multi-channel paid advertising programmes for B2B SaaS clients. This is a 12-month contract role. B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred — you should be fluent in the metrics that matter (demos booked, CAC, pipeline influenced) and understand the nuances of targeting technical buyers, procurement teams, and C-suite decision-makers. You'll run campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels with every decision anchored to pipeline and ARR, not impressions.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display) for B2B SaaS clients
- Manage LinkedIn Ads across Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, and Message Ads
- Set up conversion tracking, attribution models, and UTM frameworks from scratch
- Build audience strategies including remarketing, lookalike, and ABM target lists
- Monitor daily campaign spend, pacing, and performance against pipeline targets
- Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Run structured A/B tests on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Collaborate with CRO analysts to improve post-click conversion rates
- Advise clients on realistic ad budgets and expected pipeline based on their ICP and deal sizes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years running paid media specifically for B2B SaaS companies or clients — B2B SaaS experience is essential
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager in a B2B context
- Strong grasp of B2B attribution — multi-touch, last-click vs pipeline influence
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, CPL, SQL rate
- Experience setting up GA4 conversion events and GTM tracking
- Comfortable owning monthly ad spend budgets of £20k–£200k
Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Familiarity with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks)
- Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions certifications
- Experience with intent data tools (Bombora, G2 Buyer Intent)
