The Role

We're hiring a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships across a portfolio of growth-stage and scale-stage B2B SaaS companies. This is a 12-month contract role. B2B SaaS or B2B tech agency experience is strongly preferred — our clients are founders, CMOs, and marketing directors at SaaS companies, and you'll need to speak their language fluently. You'll be the primary point of contact, coordinating delivery across specialist teams and ensuring every retainer delivers measurable outcomes tied to pipeline and ARR.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day relationships for 4–6 B2B SaaS retainer clients
  • Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, presenting results against agreed KPIs
  • Coordinate and manage delivery across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and CRO specialist teams
  • Build and maintain client project plans, campaign calendars, and delivery trackers
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and work with leadership to scope them
  • Act as the bridge between client strategy and specialist execution — keeping both aligned
  • Manage client onboarding: portal setup, kickoff calls, brief gathering, asset collection
  • Build strong relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and founders
  • Escalate risks early and manage client expectations proactively

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in account management at a B2B digital marketing agency — B2B SaaS client experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing retainers (SEO, PPC, content) for SaaS or tech companies
  • Strong commercial awareness — understands pipeline, ARR impact, and ROI framing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with experience managing multiple concurrent accounts
  • Confident facilitating strategy conversations with senior client stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior account executives
  • Understanding of SaaS growth metrics: MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, NRR
