Data & Analytics Manager
The Role
We're looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to build and own the measurement infrastructure across client accounts — from GA4 configuration and tag management through to custom attribution models and board-ready BI dashboards. This is a 12-month contract role. B2B SaaS or B2B tech marketing analytics experience is strongly preferred — you should understand SaaS funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, demos, pipeline, ARR) and know how to connect marketing data to business outcomes that founders and CMOs care about.
What You'll Do
- Own GA4 setup, event tracking, and conversion configuration for all client accounts
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards showing pipeline attribution, CPC, and ROAS
- Develop and document multi-touch attribution models for B2B SaaS client accounts
- Manage Google Tag Manager containers across client websites
- Connect marketing data across Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4
- Identify data gaps and implement tracking solutions to close attribution blind spots
- Build monthly performance narratives translating data into business impact for clients
- Support media buying with campaign performance analysis and budget allocation modelling
- Maintain data quality standards across Supermetrics feeds and reporting pipelines
- Upskill account managers and channel specialists on reading and interpreting data
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in marketing analytics or data roles within a B2B SaaS company or SaaS-focused agency — B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Expert-level GA4 knowledge: events, audiences, explorations, attribution — with experience applying this in a SaaS context
- Strong proficiency with Looker Studio (calculated fields, data blending, custom report design)
- Hands-on Google Tag Manager experience, including custom variables and triggers
- Solid SQL skills for ad-hoc data querying and pipeline analysis
- Clear communicator — able to explain data models to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with BigQuery and dbt for marketing data modelling
- Python scripting for data pipeline automation
- Familiarity with Supermetrics, Fivetran, or other data connectors
- Prior work with HubSpot and Salesforce reporting APIs
